Our new house needed blinds and our neighbor recommended Shari Jones at Window Fashions of Texas. Shari was on time and brought exactly the samples that I requested! We worked with her and quickly selected the perfect Hunter Douglas blinds. Once the shades were completed, Carl arrived on schedule and quickly installed all of the blinds. We had 2 rooms with motorized shades, so Carl set up the remotes, added 2 settings and showed me how to use the Hunter Douglas app. Very good experience! Recently, one of the shades motors made a grinding & squeaking sound. When I called the office, Richla quickly set up a Hunter Douglas replacement. In 1 week, the replacement was ready for installation. What great service!

We have purchased both shutters and shades from Window Fashions of Texas over the last few years. Most recently we worked with Shari Jones. Shari helped us find the right shades for our current home, and then again for our casita. She is so kind, patient and helpful! The installation was quick and went well. Carlos was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable when we asked him questions regarding our existing shades as well. Overall, our experiences with Window Fashions of Texas were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing window coverings!

Window Fashions of Texas is an awesome company. This is our second house where we have used them and always with Shari Jones. She’s fabulous and works with your budget. Joanna and her team at Windows fashions were awesome. We just got our new blinds and are so excited with how they turned out. They provided great customer service from the start, with different options for our new home. Joanna and the team were a great company to work with, with the customer experience being first of mind. My family is thankful for the blinds, but mostly thankful for the professional and friendly service!

We had a great experience from the first consultation to install. Brittany was very patient and answered my million questions. She even took time to help me pick the perfect shade. Installation was quick. The team was very professional. I will definitely work with them again!

I highly recommend Window Fashions of Texas. I was about to put my late mother's house on the market when I realized I had forgotten to replace the blinds. I called Window Fashions on a Friday afternoon during Fiesta and asked if anyone would possibly be able to come out that day. Jennifer Castillo was there within the hour to take measurements and help me decide on size, color, etc. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The blinds were the perfect touch and look fantastic. Would definitely work with her and Window Fashions again!

Edited after install. This is an update after install. I had the pleasure to have Dave install nine shutters which he was so respectful and efficient. He made sure each one was perfectly installed and took care when bringing them inside. He was very courteous about closing the door each time to not let any flies as well as putting on booties to protect the carpet. I couldn't be more satisfied with the install from the perfect measurements of Mrs Jones and their attention to detail to make install flawless. This company is the real deal and I wouldn't recommend anybody else except them because they're the top dogs! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making everything seamless. I met with Shari Jones and Brittany binder who both worked efficiently to get me a quote in under 10 minutes. They both were able to answer a multitude of questions with detailed info which Lowe's or home Depot could not provide. Considering the age of my house 1940, I was assured they would be able to handle anything custom, and home Depot or Lowe's would not be as prepared to address unsquare windows. I would just like to share my thanks to these great women that were able to facilitate a customer orientated feel.

Window Fashions of Texas did a wonderful job on our shutters, they are gorgeous. From the sales with Brittany to the install, customer service was excellent. When we requested some adjustments they were responsive & ensured we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend!
